📄 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

SITEFLIX

1. Provider Information

The website and the services provided herein operate under the trade name “Siteflix”, which constitutes a service operated by the sole proprietorship under the distinctive title “HARPA”, owned by ISMAIL ALI TOU IMPRACHIM, VAT No. 166540391, registered with the General Commercial Registry (GEMI) under number 183209722000, having its registered office at Fylla Chalkidas, Evia, Greece, 34100, in accordance with applicable Greek and European electronic commerce legislation.

2. Scope of Services

Siteflix provides the following services:

• website and e-commerce (e-shop) development,

• website hosting services,

• technical support and maintenance services.

All services are provided remotely via electronic means, in accordance with Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce.

3. Cooperation Models – Ownership Regime

3.1 Subscription Plans

Under subscription-based plans, the website remains at all times the intellectual and proprietary property of Siteflix.
The client is granted a limited right of use, valid exclusively for the duration of an active subscription.

Upon termination or expiration of the subscription:

• the website shall be deactivated,

• no source files, code, databases, or structural elements shall be delivered to the client.

3.2 Website Buyout Option

The client may request the buyout of the website at any time.
Upon completion of the buyout:

• ownership of the website is transferred to the client,

• the website files are delivered,

• the client may transfer the website to a hosting provider of their choice.

3.3 Promotional Free Website Programs

In promotional programs where website development is provided free of charge, the client agrees to a minimum hosting commitment of five (5) years with Siteflix.

Prior to the completion of the above period:

• termination of the agreement is not permitted,

• transfer of the website to another provider is not permitted.

In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable to pay compensation equal to the website development cost and any associated administrative expenses.

4. Pricing – Payments

Prices are communicated clearly prior to the commencement of services.
Payments are made on a monthly or annual basis.

Late payment policy:

• delay exceeding seven (7) days results in temporary suspension of services,

• delay exceeding thirty (30) days results in permanent termination of services.

Paid amounts are non-refundable.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The client expressly acknowledges that the provision of digital services begins immediately.
In accordance with Article 3(ib) of Greek Law 2251/1994, the client expressly waives the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal.

6. Client Obligations

The client bears sole responsibility for:

• the content published on the website,

• the legality of the products or services offered,

• compliance with tax and consumer protection laws,

• compliance with GDPR, cookie regulations, and applicable privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Siteflix does not guarantee business results, sales performance, website traffic, or search engine rankings (SEO).
Siteflix provides technical infrastructure and services only.

8. Intellectual Property

Any copying, reproduction, modification, reconstruction, or reverse engineering of Siteflix systems, designs, structures, or implementations without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law.
The courts of Greece shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Use of Siteflix services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Data Controller, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), is the sole proprietorship HARPA, owned by ISMAIL ALI TOU IMPRACHIM, VAT No. 166540391, operating the service under the trade name “Siteflix”.

Siteflix may collect personal data including, but not limited to:

• full name,

• email address,

• telephone number,

• billing and invoicing details,

• technical and usage data.

Purpose of Processing

Personal data are processed for the purposes of:

• service provision,

• communication with clients,

• invoicing and accounting compliance,

• fulfillment of legal obligations.

Data Subject Rights
